About Coop Cohorts
Launch your creative business in as little as one month! Building relationships with your cohort peers, working on your new business processes, developing your products, strengthening your business plan, developing a project timeline, and getting ready to launch. Week 1: Basic in starting a business. Choosing your focus area, mission development, types of businesses, monetization, business plans, recordkeeping, and brand identity.
Week 2: Product development and market research. Positioning your project, networking, elevator pitch, finding your audience and basics in understanding your market.
Week 3: Launchpad. Developing your project plan, practical methods of project planning for creative entrepreneurs, application of minimum viable product, and opening moves.
Consulting Session: Career mapping and project planning for product launch.
Week 4: Workshopping your project plan. Discuss your month next steps, mission - product alignment, defining success, sustainability plan, and value statement.
Process
Complete the cohort registration form. This helps me understand where you are in your project development so our initial call is as productive as possible. Register Below.
Schedule your free 15 - 30 min discovery meeting with me here. This is a connected transformative space to develop and initiate your ideas. I want to make sure you are prepared so you can get the most out of your cohort.
Receive confirmation email about your successful registration for the course. In that email you will receive the payment link appropriate for your cohort. Please respond directly with any questions.
Begin your cohort! you meet with me once a week, but it is highly recommended that you find a time to communicate with your cohort throughout the week. You will also meet with me one-on-one for your discovery call and customized planning session.

What if these dates/times don’t work for me?
If these dates or times do not work for you, but you really want to join a cohort, join our “Pre-Registration List” below to get first consideration for our next cohort and scheduling input.
How much is this cohort run?
This cohort run is $500 a person. Budget-based pricing is available. Please indicate your accessible price on the registration form.
What does the cohort include?
It includes four facilitated workshops, two consulting sessions, a discord channel for your cohort, all the worksheets or materials needed for each week, email support from me, and becoming confident in your ability to turn your idea into a thriving business or project.
Where does this take place?
This run is virtual via Zoom as well as any time you want to spend connecting on Discord with your cohort. Time interacting with people a week is 1.5-2 hours, time working on your project is entirely up to you, but I encourage at least two dedicated hours of independent work a week.
What if I do not have the time to dedicate to this at all?
I completely understand. I want you to start with your cohort when you have made some space and opportunity in your life to dedicate to this launch process. If you are working with limited time, a 30 - 60 min consulting session may be better for you to make some progress without committing to a weekly cohort. We are developing independent workbooks Project Planning Basics for Creative Entrepreneurs, Developing Your Brand Identity, and Project Mission Alignment for Creative Entrepreneurs, which are fillable online workbooks you can do on your own schedule. Do you do refunds?
No, I do not offer refunds for this product. However, you can use the value of the registration price towards consultations or other Coop events. Explore other Upcoming Events.
Can I stop and start again?
Since a large part of this product is peer support, it is important that you attend as many sessions as possible with your cohort. For that reason, I do not offer a stop-and-start after week 2. However, you may move to the registration list for another cohort after the week 1 meeting. Please speak with me directly before you decide to do this.
